Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is made. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, specifications, and any available demos or previews before completing your purchase.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following conditions:

We will investigate the issue promptly and provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, if the issue is deemed to be caused by the product itself.
- **Unauthorized Purchases:** If you believe that an unauthorized purchase has been made using your account, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and may issue a refund if the purchase is found to be unauthorized.

Custom Items and No Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Creatively Different! We take pride in creating unique, high-quality custom items tailored specifically to your requests. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding custom items and returns.
Custom Items
All custom items are crafted specifically to meet your unique preferences and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we ask that customers carefully review their orders before finalizing purchases. Once an order is placed for a custom item, it cannot be modified or canceled.
No Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made items. This policy is in place to maintain quality assurance, as each item is uniquely made and cannot be restocked or resold. Please double-check any personalized information provided, such as names, dates, or design preferences, before confirming your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your custom item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within five days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

*Return and Refund for Physical Products- Non Custom*
We have a five day return policy, which means you have five days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at pairofgarretts@creativelydifferentllc.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Creatively Different, 4195 Chino Hills Parkway, #1032., Chino Hills, CA 91709.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
